1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern your use of the website www.hollywoodclinics.net and any booking, enquiry or messaging service we offer through it. By using the site, submitting a booking, or contacting us through the website or our social media channels, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. About us

Hollywood Clinic is an aesthetic medicine, dermatology and clinical nutrition clinic operating in Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt. Our services are provided by licensed medical practitioners registered with the relevant Egyptian authorities. Full contact details are in section 15.

3. Not medical advice

No doctor-patient relationship is created by reading this website, submitting a booking request, or exchanging messages with us before you attend the clinic. Nothing here should be relied upon to diagnose a condition, to decide whether a treatment is right for you, or to delay seeking medical care.

Every treatment we describe carries its own indications, contraindications and risks. Whether any treatment is suitable for you can only be determined by a qualified doctor at an in-person consultation, after assessing your medical history and examining you. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately rather than using this website.

4. Bookings and appointments

• Submitting the booking form is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed booking. Your appointment is confirmed only when a member of our team contacts you to agree a date and time.
• We may need to propose a different time, a different doctor, or a different treatment if the doctor determines it is more appropriate for your concern.
• The doctor shown on a treatment page may not be the doctor who treats you. Where you request to be matched with a specialist, we assign the practitioner best suited to your case.
• You must be 18 or over to book an appointment for yourself. A patient under 18 must attend with a parent or legal guardian who provides consent.
• Please give us accurate contact details. We are not responsible for a missed appointment caused by an incorrect phone number.
• You must disclose relevant medical history, medications, allergies and pregnancy or breastfeeding status. Withholding this information can make a treatment unsafe.
• We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment where, in the clinical judgement of our doctors, it would not be safe or appropriate.

5. Cancellation and no-shows

If you cannot attend, please tell us as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp so the slot can be offered to someone else.

Where a deposit has been paid to reserve an appointment or a package, the cancellation and refund conditions that apply are those given to you in writing at the time of payment. Any specific cancellation notice period, deposit or fee will be confirmed to you before you pay — we do not apply charges you have not been told about in advance.

We may cancel or reschedule an appointment where a doctor is unavailable or for another operational reason. We will contact you as soon as possible and offer the earliest alternative.

6. Results, photographs and expectations

• Results vary from person to person. Outcomes depend on your skin, your body, your medical history, your age, your lifestyle and how closely you follow aftercare instructions. No specific result is promised or guaranteed.
• Before-and-after images on this website show real outcomes for the individuals pictured, published with their consent. They are illustrative and are not a prediction of your result.
• Many treatments need a course of sessions and a maintenance schedule to reach and hold their effect.
• We will only photograph you for clinical records, the website or social media with your separate written consent, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.
• Reviews and testimonials reflect the personal experience of the individual who wrote them.

7. Prices and payment

Prices depend on the treatment, the area treated, the number of sessions and the products or devices used. Any price given on this website, in a message, or in an advertisement is indicative. Your final price is confirmed after consultation and before treatment begins.

Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may change. A promotional offer applies only for the period and on the conditions stated in that offer.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or another person's details through our forms
• Submit bookings in bulk, automatically, or in a way intended to disrupt our service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, our database or our administrative systems
• Copy, scrape or republish our content, images or page structure without written permission
• Use the website in a way that breaches Egyptian law or infringes the rights of others

9. Reviews and submitted content

When you submit a review you confirm it reflects your own genuine experience at Hollywood Clinic. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish it on our website and marketing channels, with the display name you provided.

We do not edit reviews to change their meaning. We may decline to publish, or later remove, content that is abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, misleading, unrelated to our services, includes another person's private information, or breaches the law. You can ask us to remove your review at any time.

10. Intellectual property

The Hollywood Clinic name, logo, site design, written content, photographs and video are owned by Hollywood Clinic or licensed to us, and are protected by Egyptian and international copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction — including republishing our text, removing or altering our watermarks, or presenting our result photographs as another provider's work — requires our written permission.

Third-party device and product names mentioned on this website (for example Morpheus8, HydraFacial, EMTONE, Clatuu, Tesla Former, Sculptra, Radiesse) are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the equipment and products we use.

11. Third-party links and platforms

Our website links to third-party platforms including WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your data. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free, or that the website will always be available and uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on general website content in place of a professional consultation, from a temporary interruption to the website, or from your use of a linked third-party platform.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for the medical care we provide to you at the clinic, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our responsibilities as a healthcare provider under Egyptian law are unaffected by these terms.

14. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the last revision, and the version published here is the one that applies. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts. If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
